15-Day Return Policy
At Tactikle, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy. To initiate a return, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
Unused Gear Returns:
Unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Please make sure to adhere to the following requirements for returns of unused gear:
- Timeframe: You have 15 days upon the item is delivered to return unused gear.
- Original Packaging: Ensure that the gear is in its original packaging with all manufacturer tags intact.
- Method of Payment: If the original method of payment is unavailable for a refund, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Used, Undamaged Gear Returns:
Used, undamaged gear may only be returned within 15 days upon the item is delivered and is eligible for a refund in the form of store credit. Please follow these guidelines for returns of used gear:
- Timeframe: You have 15 days upon the item is delivered to return used, undamaged gear.
- Proof of Purchase: Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt) with your return.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Return Conditions:
We are unable to accept the return of products that are:
- Dirty or damaged due to ordinary wear and tear.
- Damaged due to improper use or accidents.
- Consumable goods (e.g., food items, batteries, etc.) that have been opened or used.
Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

Defective Product Returns:
